Online workshop in Chinese: Living with Difficulties and Illness—and Moving Forward | 如何與困難/病痛共存與前行

In life, many of us live with ongoing challenges—whether physical illness, emotional struggles, or difficult circumstances that do not simply go away. This workshop, “Living with Difficulties and Illness—and Moving Forward,” invites us to gently explore how we can live alongside these realities with honesty, compassion, and resilience. Rather than forcing ourselves to overcome or ignore pain, we will reflect on how to acknowledge it, care for ourselves, and take small steps forward at our own pace. Through shared experiences and practical insights, we hope to find strength, connection, and a quiet sense of hope for the journey ahead.

在人生中,許多人需要長期面對困難與病痛,這些處境往往不會輕易消失。本工作坊「如何與困難/病痛共存與前行」邀請大家一起以真誠、同理與韌性去面對這些現實。我們不需要勉強自己戰勝或忽略痛苦,而是學習承認它的存在,好好照顧自己,並按著自己的步伐慢慢向前。透過彼此的分享與實用的反思,我們盼望在這段旅程中找到力量、連結,以及一份安靜而持久的盼望。
